Celebrate your child's birthday in style! A Play Café is available for parties on Friday (6-8pm DIY only) Saturday, and Sunday.

Reservations are required for all parties. 

DIY: $350 | THEME: $450 | FULL: $600 |*

No "pop-up" parties! No cake, cupcakes, food, or gift exchanges allowed in cafe without booking a party package.

All Weekend Parties include: ($200 non-refundable deposit required to book.  Remaining balance due upon arrival for party*)

• Your party will be able to utilize our entire facilty! 
• 1 hour of open play and 1 hour party room. 2 hours total party time. 
• 20 children up to age 6 in the play area
  • Children over 6 years old are welcome to attend and enjoy board games and kareoke. 
  • A signed waiver is required of all children prior to entering the play area
• All adults free. Max occupancy is 100 people
• 15 minute prior to party time permitted for set-up and decorations
• Party Assistant (help set up, check guests in, clean up, check-out etc)
• Return Open Play Pass for birthday child

 Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve a party?  Yes, we require a $200 + tax and service fee nonrefundable deposit.  
What if I need to change my party date or time? You are able to reschedule your party for another date and time, with no additional change fee, as long as the date and time are available.  Party deposit is nonrefundable but you may transfer to a new date.
Can I upgrade, add-on, or down grade my party package after booking? Yes, you can always add-on or change the party package with no additional change fee. We will adjust the remaining balance accordingly to be due when you arrive for your party.
How much time is allowed for party set-up?  You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to begin setting up for your party.
Can I substitute part of your party package? Yes, give us a call at 469-759-6540 to go over options for your party.
Am I able to extend a party? Yes, additional time can be added to your 2 hour party for an additional cost of $50 per 30 minutes. 3 hours MAX
Can I bring in outside food or drink? Yes, oututside food or drink is allowed with the exception of alcohol. NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED
Can I use food warmers or open flames for food or decorations? With the exception of birthday candles, we cannot allow open flames in our facility. Food warmers and crock-pots are allowed.
Is alcohol or any type of adult beverage allowed?All alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited at A Play Cafe
Will my guests need to fill out a waiver? Yes, anyone who joins your party with children under 6 years old and younger will need to fill out a waiver.
Any party not following the rules of A Play Cafe(outlined here on the website, in the facility, and in your reservation) can be asked to stop the party and leave at any time without a refund.
